Has anyone tried these in place of bread for the pouch.
I use to have these when I was on the Atkins. There are many variations for different flavors.
Just wondering how they might work in the pouch?

I have not tried these Atkins rolls.  However, I do eat Joseph's Low Carb Pita Breads.  They are available at Walmart for approx 2.50 a bag.  You can cut them into wedges, and they keep very well...  you can even freeze or refrigerate.  They have lots of fiber in them also, and you can use them for pizzas, which are wonderful.  Doing a cheesy stuffed pizza, slice thinly some mozarella cheese and put inside the pita.  Then broil on both sides.  Then cover with some low sugar marinara or spaghetti sauce, cheese, your favorite toppings.  you will definitely want to share this with another person as they are too much for one pouch.

That sounds great. Hubby has been looking for something to make a small slice of pizza with.
I think your recipie will work great especially awsome is the fiber part.

Thanks!
