I must have missed the original posting, but what is this event? sounds interesting. 

This is something that has been discussed for over several months.  It started with a couple of us who had planned a weekend trip to Gatlinburg.  We had discussed getting together with Ron and Marilyn while we were there, and it has blossomed into a East Tennessee Lunch Bunch.

there are several of us from Nashville who are making the trip.  Plus several from the East Tennessee area.  The hopes of the group is to kick off a monthly get together like we have here in Nashville with the Lunch Bunch/Dinner Club.

Hey, if you are free, drive on up to Gatlinburg on Saturday 10/11/08, and join us!

Ok, I did hear about it.  I don't think I can make it to Gatlinburg  because I'll be celebrating my dear mother's birthday with my family...but you all have fun and travel safe!

Yeah come on up and join in on the fun. I am not sure if Marilyn still has a room avaiable or not, you may want to check with her on that. Or like Scott said, just drive up and spend the day with us.
