For you Mairlyn, no tricks only treats!  I've got you down for a starting weight of 190.6 and a proposed lose of 4.4 pounds.  You can do it, just run up and down your back yard a few times!

Goal for weight lost by Halloween 3 lbs......I seem to be at a plateau lately as well but my clothes are fitting differently....a good thing.
I walk 5-6 days per week with each trip being 3-4 miles, I have gotten away from my twice weekly weight routine,....so this is my goal----TO THE GYM FOR WEIGHT WORKOUT TWICE PER WEEK.

Thursday and Friday was chilly and very nice during the day- Saturday warmed up reather fast- but still pleasant.  There is a mirror maze place in Pigien Forge that was amazing.  You got three attrations for 14$.  Ther mirrow maze, lazer thing( like trying to break into a vault full of lazers adn you have to make your way thur) and miniture golf ( Great)  We thought that was the best deal all weekend.

Current weight is 293.4
Goal is to lose 18lbs

Also go to the gym at least 4 times a week.
