Halloween Mini-Challenge

I spoke with Tara earlier today to see if we were gonna do a Halloween Challenge.  I really love the challenges, it kind of reminds me of Survivor, except you don't have to eat 100 year old dead chicken embryos!  YUCK!! 

I figured I would ask, I did not want to step on her tiny toes with my giant feet!  She said go ahead, she is extremely busy with her recovery from emergency surgery and other family illnesses. So let's keep her and her family in our prayers!

So, without further ado, it's time for the TN Boards Halloween Challenge.  Time to step away from the candy corn (even though I have been looking for sugar free), step away from your bag of tricks or treats and time to brew up a batch of protein related goodness.

                                                           

Let me know if you would like to participate by posting here, or you can send me a pm.  Just include the following information:

Current weight
Amount you would like to lose by Halloween
Or any goal that you currently working on


I myself  am at my personal goal, and would like to lose only 2 pounds and maintain!  So, even if you are in the maintenance mode, I'm sure there is something you would like to work on. 

We will report back on Friday Oct 31 to see if you scare those weighty witches away, or you found my sugar free candy corn!

I would like to see if I can do 18 lbs or more this month that will get me to my 250 goal.

All right!  I've got you down for a starting weight of 268 and a loss of 18 pounds!  You can do it, just stay away from the pureed tricks and focus on the treats!

I seem to be at stall, 240  i would like to see 237 again and stay there - for a while so my goal is  3 lbs.  We will see.

I am trying to be more  active by working as much
as possible.  I alaso am taking my puppies for more
walks. I plan to go to the YMCA at least 3 times a week;

Time for the puppy challenge!  If the Sib's of the one I've got is any indication, you should lose about 30 pounds!  Mine is wearing me out.

OK, I've got you at 310 with a proposed lose of 10 pounds!

Ok, you're on, Mister!  I am at 190.6 today.  Since exercise isn't much of an option at present, I will go with 185 by Halloween!  We'll see!  I do love the challenges, they help me stay accoutable.
