 Did  the usual Y routine this morning. 20 minutes ellipical, 20 minutes on weights. I also added a 1 mile walk on indoor track.

Great Job Juanita!!!!
Rode 19 miles, 20 push-ups, 12 pull-ups, 30 sit-ups, moderate weights full workout.
