Spice of Life TOO MUCH!!!
What Spice are you? A wise man said that life is like a recipe. Each of us is an ingredient. What spice are you? Too much of any thing can spoil the whole thing. Sometimes we even have to split the recipe so things are more palatable.
What has been said has been said. What has been done has been done. So if you have been offended by something that has been said or done, look at your recipe for happiness. Change some ingredients. Add some spice or throw everything out and start over with new ingredients.
This board is made up of many people with many personalities. Some you meet you take with a grain of salt. Some you allow to get close and even make friends.
Cheryl and I lost her aunt Saturday. She was a part of her Dad that she held close to her heart. But through her passing, Cheryl was reunited with her half brother whom she had not seen sense the 80’s
Life is too short to harbor anger and distention. Friendships are few in number and make us rich and acquaintances are a dime a dozen.
Choose your friends well for they are the ones you fall upon in time of need. Acquaintances come and go.
As for this board, we are growing every day. Lunch and dinner may be too much. We might need to expand to breakfast or brunch clubs. There are enough of “SUPPORTERS” to go around.
As far as middle and east Tennessee meetings, let’s go to Jacksonville in the spring. Some time in April will be a good time to add the west folks.
We all have an enemy. It is called being overweight. Let’s all get together and fight it instead of fighting each other.
