Hello my friends...

I just wanted to post here today, and share the good news about my total weight loss of 54 lbs since 8/7/08. I am one month out from my surgery now, and have lost 34 lbs the first month since 8/25/08.

God is so good, and I am looking forward to more successful weight loss!
