I AM SO MAD I COULD CRY!

Well as most of you know I have been waiting on my insurance approval since the eighth of this month. Well today I decided to call and see if anything has happend. I spoke to a really nice lady and she said "Hmm somthing doesnt look right we need to connect to another department" and she connected our call to the department that handles the approvals. And guess what?? THEY SENT MY INFORMATION TO FLORIDA INSTEAD OF TENNESSEE!! I was so mad I was in tears. The woman kept apologizing etc. and I told her it wasn't her fault. I said I was just frustrated because the process took so long as it is, and I did everything they wanted etc, and now I have to wait even longer!! I have to call next wednesday to make sure everything is in order!!

Im so sorry sweetie! Dont you just HATE it when someone elses screw up effects YOU!? Hopefully it wont take long and whne you call back it will GREAT news!

Hang in ther and breathe!!!!  Look at it this way, you called and found out something was wrong, now it's gonna be fixed.  So, beacuse of you dilligence, you are back on the right track!

It will be OK!!!!
