Are there any GREAT surgeons in TN doing the DS?

I'm researching the Duodenal Switch as an option and am self pay.  I live in AR and am looking for a GREAT surgeon who does these operations, and hopefully laprascopically!

Dr. Spaw at the Baptist Metabolic Surgery Center does the DS. I wanted to use him but he doesn't take my insurance. He worked with Dr. Husted who has now moved on. Dr. Husted was famous for doing some DS surgeries on young people and was on TV several times on Discovery Health.
Try Dr. Spaw.

Dr. Spaw is at Baptist and a very good surgeon, as well as others, however I hope I am correct when I state this, but I do believe that Dr. Spaw actually has more experience with the DS procedure than other surgeons around Tennessee, but that is not to say that others are not qualified.  You may want to also look into the vertical sleeve as well, I do not know much about it, but from what I have seen people have a very good success rate with this newer type of surgery too.  Just thought I would suggest that as well, Melissa, Scott's (RJSDAD) sister has had that procedure and has done very well.
