Prayer Warriors needed
Hi guys. I've got a big favor to ask of all of you. BIG prayers are needed for a very special co-worker of mine. About 7-8 weeks ago, Amy was diagnosed with stage 1 breast cancer. She also carries the gene for breast and ovarian cancer. SHe decided to have both breasts removed and reconstruction to be done at the same time. She came back to work yesterday part-time. She went back to the Dr. in the afternoon and received devestating news. SHe has satge 4 liver cancer. Their is not a lot of hope for recovery. I am asking for prayers for Amy, her mother Cindy who also works with us, and Cindy's brother Ken who is in hospice right now. This family has been through the ringer. So please, say a prayer for them all. I believe they could use all the help they can get right now. Amy's sister has also started a "team" of sorts for the breast cancer walk on the 4th of October. You friend and her entire family and her brother and his Hospice team are in my prayers. The reason that I moved over to adult Hospice is that my dad, older sister, 2 brothers and my son all died in a 3 year span and all but my son had Hospice care. I really have empathy for this family.
