IDGOMB Monday 9-22-08
Ran errands for several hours and parked a good distance from the entrance to each store. Walked a mile then worked out with some machine my DH bought. Will have to ask what it's called. Anyway it worked my arms and legs. Did 2 sets of 10 with each change of the weights.
I'm not tempted to eat anything that's not on the list, but still not loosing weight. I figure the only thing it can be is I'm not excerising so today is the first day of my real commitment to exercising every day. I hope someone on this Board will hold me accountable and check with me every so often to see if I'm still on track. I'm determined to loose this weight and then keep it off!
