IGOMB SUNDAY
You're doing great Bob. I have slept most of the day except for catching the Titans game. I am so weak these days that by the weekends all I do is sleep from being so active during the week. Being sick with a chest cold hasn't helped. When you refer to riding 36.3 miles is that on a bike?

hi Bob, I was thinking of a stationary bike. Wow is all I can say. The last time I was on a bike it was a 10 speed, I was 9 months pregnant with my second son and that was 30 years ago. I never could figure out the gears, and I forgot that it had two brakes, nearly thru me over the handle bars. LOL Since then I have stayed with the kind that doesn't go any where. You have my congradulations on your ackomplishment. (sp) love

I got in 2 miles, then chased my 16month old grandson around the rest of the day.
Also made 96 cupcakes for a bake sale today at work.....they were for a fund raiser for the American Heart Association Heart Walk. Low fat, applesauce instead of oil and the grandson in and out of the kitchen as well. BOY!! was I tried after that......back to my routine tomorrow.
