A low country boil is a spicy seafood boil with new potatoes, onions, carrots, and corn on the cob all boiled in the same pot with crab boil. We usually just do shrimp, but if Ron gets to the seafood market, we might have some crab as well. If you ae allergic to seafood, let me know, we can grill some chicken if we need to. The neat thing about this is it is all cooked outside and eaten with you fingers on paper plates. Ron does all the work. Wendy, if you want to bring french bread, that would be good.

I would love to come up, thank you! I have a meeting in Knoxville at 11 and if I can get away by 12 or so, I'll come up. I'll check and see if I can find out ahead of time what time I can get away. The seafood store, "The Seafood Dock" isn't far from me. If you would like me to pick up something, for Saturday, then I would be happy to. I could meet you on Friday sometime to get it to you, just let me know.

We would LOVE to come, but Kathy and Rickey's daughter Heather is getting married that day and we will be there. I'm so sorry it is the same weekend! We would really love to come.
We think Lacey is having a girl! She had an US from a friend of the family. Even though it was too early to know for sure, indications are that it is a girl. If so, her name will be Shelby.

Thanks for the wonderful idea. I will let you know as soon as possible. My co-worker (the other assistant nurse manager) is on vacation the entire month of Oct.....it depends on things at work. But I would love the spend the weekend in the mountains.
