Invite to all Nashvillians visiting and all east TNr's
My husband and I would like to invite you all to our mountain home for an old fashioned low country boil at 1 pm on October 11. We will provide all the food, including sugar free cheesecake! If anyone is on liquids, I have plenty of protein! Bring your own water and ice! Please let me know if you can attend. East Tennesseans, this could be the start of our own lunch bunch and get a lot of you a chance to meet some of the great folk from Nashville that have come to mean so much to me. Please give me a count, so I will know how much food to provide. You can PM me and I will send out maps. I think planning this is just what I need to help me out of my funk! Also, if anyone else would like to travel up and can't afford a hotel room, I have 2 guestrooms ready and waiting. One on the main level with a queen bed and one in the basement with a king bed and half bath. Just PM me, first come first served!

Hi, Marilyn,
I spoke with my husband and he said he could leave work early that day so we would love to come. Should I bring my son and daughter, or is this just for the older folks? Either way it sounds like a lot of fun. Bethany and Brandon have moved out on their own but my younger daughter is now living with us. Just let me know and we will plan for it. It is brave of you to have everyone over. I get flustered preparing food for so many. When we lived in NC/SC area low country boil was seafood. Does the same apply here or will we be trying something new? Can't wait to hear about it.
Blessings,
Karen
