Hey guys I know a lot of you made it to the walk lets hear about it!!

I exercised moderate weights full body, 20 push-ups, 30 incline sit-ups, 50 Gravity Glider.

I went to the walk, got there early and helped some.  Then we walked.  I did the first mile very quickly.   Then home for more walking and a date with my husband......fun stuff.

Yep IDGOMB at the Walk, didn't walk as much as some, but I'm content with what I done. Looking at my pic from Mr. Scott, it looks like I had been walking for days..........red face and all.........lol
