October.........lunch bunch
Put me down for the 18th Cheryl. Just tell me when, where, directions (if I don't know where its at).
For those who can make it on the 11th, can go to the normal one in Hickory Hollow IHOP. For those who want to come on the 18th, they can come. It's a free country so take your pick.
If there are enough of us that want to get together the following Saturday, then let's plan it. Nothing is written in stone that only one lunch can be scheduled per month.

Hmmmmmm . . . now I'm confused. Which day is it gonna be - Oct. 11 or Oct. 18? 
I probably can't make either one, but could someone clarify just in case I might could make it across the state line to attend?

Cheryl I can't afford it for the 18th, but I can come on the 11th. Tina has a great idea, for those who can't come on the actual date the second Saturday of the month, then they can plan on the following weekend. That would solve the problem for October. I live on a disability check and by the second weekend, I am broke. By the third weekend and the dinner event, I have no gas or money. As Susan said by having it the second weekend allows some of us to allow it in our budget and less confusion. I'm on who doesn't get on the board as much as I would love to. So I know when it's going to be held and all I need to do is find out where. You have a good point because of Phil and those who are going to Catlinburg to help start one for the east side. Annerenee was trying to get it started, but it never paned out. Each has their reason for the 11th and the 18th. Because of finances and health, when I'm lucky I try and make it on the second weekend, but can't do anything by the third.

Like the saying goes, you can please some of the people some of the time but you can't please everyone. I have no direct ideas except I would like to be able to go back to the place in Cool Springs called Ginghis. I looooooooooovvvvvvvvvvvvvveeeeeeeeeeeeeeddddddddddd the place.
I hope things work out to please everyone's schedule.
When I can't make it, just know the group is in my thoughts and prayers. For those who are traveling that weekend, may they have a safe trip and low gas prices.
I will let you and Susan work this out what is best for everyone. Having two this coming month sounds reasonible. I live in in one of those pay by the week places and next month's rent will be $800 and I only get $1100 a month. So by the time I pay the rent, gas for the van, and two storage units, I have no money left. Both my sons and my little grand son have their birthdays the 3rd weekend of the month. I will do well to get them something before the money runs dry.
