Can someone help!!!!
"Average" blood pressure is considered to be 130/80-85
Systolic Blood Pressure below 120 and diastolic blood pressure below 80 = Good BP
Systolic Blood Pressure below 130 and diastolic blood pressure below 85 = Normal BP
Systolic Blood Pressure below 140 and diastolic blood pressure below 90 = Normal systolic
Systolic Blood Pressure below 160 and diastolic blood pressure below 100 = Mild Hypertension
Systolic Blood Pressure below 180 and diastolic blood pressure below 110 = Moderate Hypertension
Systolic Blood Pressure above120 and diastolic blood pressure above 110 = Severe Hypertension/ High Blood Pressure
Blood Sugar Ranges: (From ABC Medical News)
In a normal individual we measure blood sugar under different cir****tances. What we call fasting blood sugar or blood glucose levels is usually done six to eight hours after the last meal. So it's most commonly done before breakfast in the morning; and the normal range there is 70 to 100 milligrams per deciliter.

Now when you eat a meal, blood sugar generally rises and in a normal individual it usually does not get above a 135 to 140 milligrams per deciliter. So there is a fairly narrow range of blood sugar throughout the entire day.
Bama pretty much said it all. The important thing about blood pressure is that the bottom number or the diastolic is the most important one. It is the true indicator of stress on the heart. When that number gets over 120, its a big deal-now remember, that is the bottom number, not the top. So 120/80 is average, 156/88 is still OK, but 156/122 is a real problem. It is important when attempting to diagnose hypertension that serial blood pressures are done and recorded and shown to the doctor. Does that make sense? The American Diabetes Association recently changed the criteria for diagnosing diabetes. If fasting blood sugar is greater than 125, you are considered diabetic. Hope this helps.

Remeber it varies with each person. My sugar is normal between 70-110. Blood pressure runs 90/60 to 106/60. I was high blood pressure prior to my surgery and my sugar only ranged around 150. But now am off both meds since having my surgery, but I still have to monitor both due to stress levels. Over 300 lbs you are in the danger zone of having a stroke or a heart attack. Get them checked.
