Website question

When I went to the doctor Friday they were telling me about 2 websites I could use to keep track of my protein intake.  I could also put in any resturant and it would be able to tell me how many proteins were in the item I ordered.  The 2 websites are:

dailyplate.com
sparkpeople.com

I have found the websites but not were to look for the breakdown in what foods contain.  I went on solid foods Saturday and really need to know how much protein I'm getting.

Thanks

Good Morning Barbara!

Have you joined either of these sites?  If not, that would be the first step, both are free.  Once you have joined, look for the following:

The Daily Plate (log in first)
1) Look for the search box
2) Type in the food you have eaten
3) After finding the food, click on the "I ate this" button and follow the directions to save to your daily plate

SparkPeople (log in first)
1) Find the Nutrition Tracker button and click
2) Click on "add a food"
3) Type in food and search.  After finding food, determine how much you ate and click on the "Add to food eaten today" button

I hope this helps!  And remember these 2 weight loss figting tactics:
