Looking for TN. Doc who takes medicare to do VSG

I have an appointment with Dr. Richards next week. He does take Medicare BUT at this time Medicare will not approve a VSG. I want a VSG as well.

I am hoping that after I do all the necessary hoop jumping, that Medicare will have a change in policy.
