NSV (Non Scale Victory) and more
Hi All!
I just wanted to post that as of today I noticed that I need to put an extra hole in my belt! This is the SECOND one that I need (or the first one was not to far from the original last one!).
I have also dropped one pant size from a tight 48 to a loose 46. So it looks like in about two weeks (just guessing) I will drop to the next one.
I am 3 weeks post op as of Mon Sep 8th, and went back to work then. I received so many compliments, I was almost embaressed! I am very thankfull that no one is doing "food police", but there is really no need, and I am following the Doctor's advice.
I want to be sucessful, so I will continue.
I also joined the work Gym and will be starting a habit to go every weekday (5 days) in the morning before work. Day 2 is over and so far so good. Just currently doing cardio, but in about a week I will also try to include some upper body training.
I will be in the Walk on the 20th as well.
And that is all,
Michael.

Woo Hoo Mike!! Congratulations!
Won't be long and you will just have to get a new belt altogether.
As for the shrinking britche**** the Goodwill. They are going to be the most affordable way to keep up with your rapidly changing size.

Way to go Michael! There is nothing like dropping your pants...I mean pants sizes!
Goodwill is great, but I had a problem finding mens clothes that wern't worn out! Wal Mart has a brand of jeans that sells for $8 dollars everyday! Especially since you have dropped to that magic number of 46! Once you've hit that, you don't have to pay an extra $2!
I've done the same thing and dropped from a 54 to a 36, and now I am looking at 34!
Keep up the good work!

Thanks all!!
This morning I weight myself and this is the 3rd day in a row that I did not loose any weight. I was reassured by Paula that this is normal and to continue what I'm doing, but it is a little frustrating (she also said to put away the scale that I will do as well!).
This time I won't quit like I have with past diets. I know that I will not allow myself, and with the physical change that was made, my body will not allow it either.
Thanks all for listening!!
Michael.
