Hey Sarah,
Me and DH go to the Smyrna Y and I see that you live in Antioch, is the Smyrna one to far for you to drive. We are hoping to start going back everyday after the Walk on the 20th. Are you going to be able to join us on that day? If you are not able to walk,we are needing volunteers to help with things. We are also having out Lunch Bunch this Saturday and would be a great time to meet up with some of us loser's......lol

I have a city wide membership and can join you if you'd like. I'm not available on Saturdays, but can go pretty much anytime. If you have an area wide membership, then feel free to join me as well. I typically go to the Donelson/Hermitage and the Oakwood Y's. I do lots of yoga too, so that could be something to try. PM me if you're interested!
