Prayers Please!!!!!!
I am having triple hernia surgery next Tuesday 9/16 at Jackson General. It seems like it never stops for me. I was told to exercise and lif weights after my RNY. Now the doctor said if I lifted heavy weights after this surgery that there is a 30% chance of them coming back.
I will be around more after surgery because I won't be able to do anything for a few weeks. I needed a break but not this way.
I am down to 135 lbs and I sure hope I don't gain any of it back. I have been doing a lot of grazing lately because I am always in the kitchen canning and freezing produce from my garden.
I better get going so we can get to wal mart and the library. I still have so much more to do before next Tue. Love you all. Carolyn

You are in my prayers for your surgery. I know the Lord will look out for you. I know what you mean about not being able to do much after surgery, I am around more now because of that. Take care and let us know how you do.
