Anyone have BCBS State Employee been approved for lapband?

REALIZE Band on 12/18/08
I have recently got the BCBs of TN insurance through the state. I work in the school system. Anyone have any tips on getting it approved? I go for my seminar tomorrow. Thanks for the help.

Lap Band on 05/17/07
I have BCBS through the state of TN now, but not when I had surgery. Whoever your surgeon is should be able to get it approved.
