hi all . My name is Rebecca and I live in Murfreesboro. my R N Y gastric bypass is scheduled for Sept. 9th. I am married and have a 2 and 1/2 year old daughter.  just wanted to drop in and I hope to make a few new friends.

Post away and will try to help you any way we can. There is someone here from each Hospital's WLS program and can talk specific to their program or in general.

Hi Rebecca, and welcome to the best board for support, help, friendship, and prayers.  I live in LaVergne so we aren't that far apart.   Just wanted to let you know I will be praying for you on Monday for a successful surgery.  BTW what hospital are you going to be at?

Congrats on your decision to have surgery!  You are starting a whole new life for both yourself and your little girl!  I live in east TN but visit this board daily as my way of a support group since their isn't one near me.  Welcome to the board!  Ask all the questions, fret, worry, whatevery, we are here for you!
