Walked 3 miles this morning. Will be walking again later, we plan a trip to the Nashville Home and Garden Show today.......walk, stop, walk, stop, walk, stop. But quality time with the hubby.
Rode 19.7 miles, 20 push-ups, 40 incline sit-ups, 25 min. Graviety Glider, Full body moderate weights, 50 leg lifts, walked about 3 miles this morning at the River Fest.
