I managed 15 minutes on the exercise bike, 2 1/2 miles.  This is going to be slower than I thought!

I worked and walked around two hospitals......had to go to Baptist in Nashville for a meeting, no trip to the track because it was raining very hard when I got home.  Steps taken today were over 9800 though.

Worked upper & lower body moderate weights, 20 push-ups & 30 incline sit-ups, 20 min. on Gravity Glider.

 I worked for 3.5 hours yesterday. I got the 1.5 mile walk in with the dogs before it started to pour again.
