I started back to riding my exercise bike today.  I am starting really slow.  I did 15 minutes/2.5 miles.  I plan to increase by 5 minutes every few days if my neck and back tolerate it.

 I worked 6 hours today. I had alot of catching up to do since I missed yesterday. I took it easy and didn't lift anything heavy. I am gonna walk my dogs their 1.5 miles tonight.

I began exercising again today and walked a mile in 25 mins.  I also haven't eaten anything that wasn't on my list!!!!  Will take my measurements tomorrow to see if I've lost inches since right now my body is holding on to my weight for deat life!!!!
