Happy Labor Day! Mini-goal challenge check-in...
Tara,
I was at 200 when I set my goal for the Labor Day Challenge. My goal was to get to 194 which would be 6 pounds and move me into the OVERWEIGHT category. Well, as of this morning, I was at 190.8, so I met my goal. I am down 9.2 pounds for this challenge and I definitely love the fact that I moved down a category on the BMI calculator.
Congratulations on your achievements/accomplishments. I know you are thrilled and loving life. Of course I agree with you, I couldn't be doing what I'm doing without the Good Lord holding my hand and guiding me along my journey. Praise be to HIM always for all of our successes.
Congrats,
Wendy

Tara, I will PM you on Wednesday. I have an appointment with my PCP and want to get an official weight. My scales have been busted, I haven't gone to work in two weeks (vacation) and didn't have access to the one at the gym. I'll let you know mine on Wednesday. If you need to post the totals for everyone else that's ok.
CONGRATULATIONS!! YOU ROCK on you loss. I know that feels awesome.
