Walk from Obesity
Hey Folks,The Walk is just about upon us, here in Nashville. We all need to take some more steps from obesity. Please register to walk or Donate either time or money to the walk. Contact me or Cheryl if you want to volunteer Saturday, Sept. 20th. Just a few cents or minutes, and you can help change the life of a child from becomming Obeese.
Remember that David Griffin of NBC's Biggest Looser will be there sharing his Story of Weight loss. There will be Crystal Rowdy with Nashville Yoga kids to warm us up before the walk.
come out and help us raise money to fight childhood obesity.
