Another Photo Journal (LONG)
Okay it's time for some photo journal fun... I know you guys couldn't wait for the next round of Trina's photo journal... I know some of you are saying (not all of you) but some, "how can we pay you for this fine entertainment??? LOL I'll think of something...LOL
Anywho first up is an oldie but goodie, here you will find BobL just a few hours out of surgery:
Now, this is Bob L. now..... my my he has worked very hard and it shows
Next you will find Bamabob deciding he was gonna take a little time out for rest and relaxation
Now look at bamabob.... doesn't look like the same guy.... Great job Bamabob

This is me and my best friend Julie... She had WLS too about 4 years ago and has lost 175 pounds and has kept it off... I give her a hard time though, she calls me the food police
So, there you go.... A little encouragement for the newbies and some fun memories and probably other useless information that you didn't care about.... LOL

It figures you would notice.... LOL... You know I just could not sleep... I don't know what was up with that... But, I was up bright and early this morning at 5:30 A.M. and I feel good, so that is a good thing. Some of my meds have been changed so I wonder if that has anything to do with it... Who knows. I am going over to Vanderbilt today to get a B12 shot, so I am hoping I will be bursting with energy....
Let's walk in the morning.....?????? Oh yea I forgot the family reunion. well if we get up really early....LOL
