I felt bad for hubby...He got his date..

Ok, I want to fess up to DH and everyone. With everything going on with me on Tuesday, I really messed up his excitement for the day with all of my drama. I feel so bad.

Phil got his date from Dr. Morton on Tuesday. It is going to be Novemeber 11th. that is his mom's BD,  so it is real sentimental (sp) for him. He said, that it is befiting that his new life starts on the day that his mom's  started hers. We don't have her with us anymore, so again it is going to be a happy/sad day for us.

This has been a long time coming as all of us know how that is. We go for the pre-admit testing on Oct. 20th and then "WE" start the 2 week liquid wonderful diet on Oct 26th. Yep I'm still gonna do it with him.

Right now I am only 38lbs heavier than he his, so we will be starting at just about the same weight, so we will see how much we will lose those two weeks. I wonder who will win..............lol

I also wanted to share something with you. First of the week when we went for the OnTheHomeStrech radio interview, Phil and I was asked to come back to do a seperate interview on our success as a couple going thru weight loss surgery and they want to follow us thru these next couple of years. We are so excited about this and I can't really imagine that I am excited and even want to do this. Just another change for me.

All your news sounds exciting.  I wouldn't worry about ruining Phil's big news.  His surgery is still some ways off so you have plenty of time to celebrate.  I think it's great that you're going to do the liquid diet with him.  As to who will lose the most my money is on Phil.  Men seem to always be able to lose weight faster then we can.

How great about you two being following with your weight loss journey together.  Wow, I'll be able to tell people I know celebs!!!
