Worked chest and triceps with moderate weights, walked 1 1/2 miles on the treadmill.

 I went to work today, had 2 different Dr's appointments. This evening I walked my dogs their 1.5 miles. AND I hit the gym for 30 minutes of leg weights.

 LMAO! Yes, very slowly I am. Plus mondays are always slow at work.  I also took my gym clothes with me to work and changed at the gym. So that helped out quite a bit.

My walk got rained out, but I did some upper body weights.  Then got to keep my newest grandson, Marc Lee 3 months old tomorrow (Wed).  Such a sweetie.......Nana is happy!!
