A New Wow Moment

Got on the scales this morning and I have gone from the Obese category to the Overweight category.  To say I'm thrilled is an understatement.  Thanks to those of you that have been providing me with a lot of support - you three know who you are and I wouldn't trade you for the world.  You all are successes in your own right and I'm so glad we are friends - I guess you could call us the "4 Musketeers". (LOL)

Isn't is great to be able to say, "I'm just overweight".  Most people would look at you and think, "What's so great about being overweight"?  But we know, don't we? 

Congrats Wendy!  You've done an awesome job with the tool you were given!  And I believe the saying that the 3 Musketeers used is appropriate, because all of us are in this together! 

"One for all and all for one!" 

Thank you Scott.  Yes, it is great to be able to say "I'm just overweight".  And it is a feeling no one knows like those of us that have gone through WLS.  I appreciate the encouragement and kudos.  Even though we have been given this awesome tool, it's still work and we still struggle, so I'm quite proud of my accomplishment.

Thanks Bob.  I was looking at my picture just yesterday and decided I needed to work on getting a new one posted.  Now I just have to get the camera out and have my hubby take a few shots and decide on a good one to post.  You have done quite well with your tool and continue to be an inspiration with all your exercise.  I amped mine up this week and am so sore, but it feels great.

Thanks Lisa and yes, it is an awesome feeling.  I am thrilled there are so many people that have been able to experience this same feeling and there are so many more that are coming along that will experience sooner rather than later.

That is awesome for you. You go girl. And just why aren't you gracing us with your presents at the Pool Party? Been wayyyyyyy too long since we have seen you, probably won't reconize you. Keep up the good work, you are doing fantastic.

Thanks Cheryl.  Sorry, I can't be at the pool party - just way to many other commitments that day.  Maybe I'll be able to attend the next Lunch Bunch depending on where it is and what is going on that day.  I know you all will have a great time and I hope the weather is beautiful for you all.
