Good to hear from you. I understand about your plate being full, sounds funny to hear that being there isn't as much on your plate food wise now days......lol You will have the 13lbs gone in no time, you are doing fantastic. Keep us posted when you can. Are you going to be able to make the Pool Party on the 30th?

I am well. I've just had a lot of my "plate" so to speak. I am 13 lbs away from having lost 100. I just wanted to check in with you all. Thanks for thinking of me.
Wow, 13 pounds away from 100 pounds lost. You must be thrilled. What kind of a difference has it made in how you feel? You must be bouncing around with energy, I mean, you have lost the equivalent to almost two huge sacks of 'taters. Amazing.
Good job!

Hi! Well yeah, it's made a big difference in how I feel. I'm 3 months out and amazed that I've lost this much in that time. It's such a different world for me now. I don't get winded walking across a parking lot or up to my apartment. I can fit in arms with chairs and not have the circulation cut off in my legs. I'm no longer diabetic and no longer have swelling in my ankles. I can fit in the tub without my thighs touching. I can leave my steering wheel lowered and get in and out of the car.
Life has changed so much for me. Now, I won't tell the good without telling the bad. I'm still suffering from fatigue. Once I get moving, I'm generally OK but I feel really tired most of the time. I've been thanking God lately that my hair was so thick because I've had a problem with losing lots of hair. I used to curse this big ole mop on my head but it's turned out to be a saving grace. Also, I can already see quite a bit of hanging skin. It's manageable now but my prediction is that it won't be once I get to goal.
However, with all of the negatives... on my worst day I don't regret my choice. I feel like I lost a little skinny person LOL
