 Went to work. Then stopped at the gym on the way home. 30 minutes lower body weights. Later if its not raining I will be walking my dogs 1.5 miles.

Hit the gym after work. Worked back & biceps with the weights, and walked 2 miles on the treadmill.

Walked my 3 miles today, then played with both of the grandson's today.

My usual exercise is walking or swimming. That's been derailed all summer due to stress fractures in my feet. 

I've been wondering if I could use a recumbent bicycle. Regular ones make my back hurt.
