I'm so sorry.  Just remember that at a time like this everyone's emotions are raw and they may say things they don't mean.  Hopefully things will improve over time.  I will add your family to my prayers.

Thank you all for your support! I will say some good things have happened today. This has opened doors for some reunions. Of course they have been online. I have learned some family history and been givien family tree info. My sister and i are still working through things but are happy with the positive that is coming from it. I also have learned I can request my own set of my dads medals and ribbons. I can't tell you how much that means. My dad survived Vietnam but came home with Malaria and was expected to die. He didn't so I am just lucky I ever got to know him at all. I think it was important that we learn who was bring disention into the family so that we can better deal with it. My son is excited because there is hope of being a closer family. I am grateful for the advice and prayers. Today is still emotional but I have cried good tears more than bad.
