New pics on profile
Not trying to brag or show off or anything folks, but a young lady at work took a few pics of me today to show her dad, whom she is wanting to have WLS. I posted them on my profile. Even I can see quite a difference now. Finally, I am starting to actually see that I truly am losing fat - even though I still feel that I need to lose more fat and add more muscle. I realize that it is just a process that takes dedication, regular exercise, and patience!!

Well, well,well...........it so so nice to see both of you Bob's in new pics and you two look great and I just want to tell you Bama that all of us have bragging rights because of where we have been and where we've come from with a lot of hard work. Keep it up! It's your thang do what you want to do..............lol In other words it's your tool use it to the limit.
