tshirt update

Ok here's what I've got about the shirts.  If anyone wants their shirt done with the colors on a white shirt he can do it.  We have to have at least half of the order done with color.  He said it takes a while to change it over so it would have to be for more than 1 or 2.  You can get it on a colored shirt but he said the black doesn't show up as well as people think.  It would have to be a light colored shirt.  Childrens sizes are no problem.  If we do white shirt and black design it will be $1 cheaper.  He said it would take about a week to get them done.

Sherry and Cheryl, you guys started this so I will leave it up to you.  If you want me to get them done here I'll be more than happy to.  If ya'll want to go somewhere else that's fine.  Let me know and I'll start taking orders.

Melissa, I think that sounds like a plan. The white shirt works for me. Do you want us to PM you number of shirts and sizes?

 I agree that we should use him.   Now I will ask for everyone to PM me with a color choice, I have most of the sizes already.

Ok, the decision has been made.  We will be using my guy here in KY.  Anyone wanting to order a shirt please PM me or Sherry with the size, how many and any color you might want.  I need to have everyones order by next Friday, the 22nd.

Cheryl, I don't know yet.  Let me get with Johnny.  I don't think we will have to pay for them til I pick them up.  Once I get a final count and turn in the order then I can give everyone an exact amount of what they owe.  If we have a deadline of Aug. 22 to give me or Sherry your size and preference, it will probably be the 23rd or the 25th before I can give it to Johnny.  He said he would need at least a week to get them made.  I'll  let you know as soon as possible.
