Holy Cow!!! Can't believe it!!

Thanks folks! You folks, EVERY ONE OF YOU - are a big part of my "success" thus far. I don't attend any local support groups in person since I had my WLS at Vandy and live over 2 hours away in Bamaland. So, you folks ARE my support group.  I feel like I "belong" here rather than somewhere else.  Being accountable to each other makes it so much easier to stay focused on the day to day task of eating correctly, exercising, and staying on track.  Things like Bob L.'s IDGOMBT posts and all the other succeesses shared contribute to our mental attitude about this journey.

Even you pre-op folks are a big part, because I want to be a positive example to others in what this surgery can do if we use it correctly.  Just like Trina, Mel, Scott, Bob L. and so many others here have been a great example and inspiration to me!

Thanks for the congrats and all the support! You folks are some of my goodest friends!! Most of all, thanks for being here and lettin' me be a part of this group!!    

WTG Bama Bob! I hope I'm in your shoes with the 38s someday. That is a real accomplishment and also a great way to start a morning. Go celebrate somewhere with your wife. Cant wait to be on the losers bench.

Way to go Bob!!!!  Isn't it great to have people tell you that?  I never get tired of hearing it.  Keep up the good work.

I think "Holy Crap" is the same expression I used!  It's a good feeling going from those sizes down .  I went from a 54 blue jean to wearing 36 now, and shirts just blow me a way...4x to MEDIUMS!  So I understand your joy!  Keep it up!
