How Do I Post My Century Card?
1) Save your card to an online photo album. The one that is with your profile here on Obesity Help will work fine.
2) Copy the photo by right clicking anywhere on the photo and click on the word "copy".
3) Go to "user settings". You will post it just like you would a ticker. Once again, right click amy where within the box and click on the word "paste". OH will ask permission to paste the material, just click yes. Be sure to use the small one. Unfortunately you will not be able to use anything else within that box because of the size.
