Just wanted to say that I really enjoyed meeting everyone that attended the Lunch Bunch yesterday! I had a wonderful time and was glad to be able to attend. I plan to make this a monthly girls day out. (I attended with my sister Melissa(mcswindle on the board) and my daughter Morgan) It was a great day of fun. Thanks everyone more making us feel so welcome!!

I siince this picture to my family and friends along with the total amount of weight lost and they were amazed. The couldn't believe that any of you had severe weight problems in the past. I'm keeping this picture to remind myself what is possible. That at one timie you guys were overweight and look at you now!
