I just realized I have not planned for it at all.  What did you actually eat???

What do you wish you had known or prepared for?

I think this is the hardest phase thank god it doesn't last long. Here are a few suggestions provided by Vandy. Fat-free low sugar yogurt no chunks/take out any fruit pieces (Kroger Carb Masters, Dannon Light 'n fit); Low Fat Cottage Cheese; Fat-free Refried Beans; Natural Applesauce; Instone Pudding (20g of Protein, sugar free, low fat, low carb) it comes in Vanilla Cream, Chocolate, Banana. Hopes this gives you a little start. C'ya Bob

I first got some from a friend, then online but I think GNC has it?

I have been enjoying them and I think they are why I haven't gotten dehydrated with not wanting to drink over the last couple days.

All of the above, plus:
part skim ricotta cheese heated with a little chuck free spagetti sauce
I baked a chicken breast with carrots and pureed it with some chicken stock in the blender
I made protein pudding by adding a scoop of protein powder to sugar free pudding mix,
I pureed Wendy's chili.

Hope this helps.
