Who da thunk it?
Well when I first started this journey I was 266 lbs day of surgery 237, like most of us had more health issues then you can shake a stick at. I set a goal weight at 170 thinking I'd be satisfied if I reach 178, never believing I would be a Century member. Well as of today I hit the Century Mark 166 lbs. No health issues and who da thunk I would be exercising regularly??? C'ya Bob
Congrats ya big loser!! Or should I say, you skinny thang!
On a side note...We had a guy in our support group tonight who is a truck driver and having surgery next week. I think Scott got his info to try and hook the two of you up so you can give him some pointers on managing his food on the road. He is single and, in his words, he "can cook if it comes in a box".
