 Woke up early to go to goodwill's 50% off sale. Got alot of great bargains!

OK where's the gidget who's at the gym every day? Haven't said anything but your one of my main inspirations and I already know how to shop.

Now me rode 11.8 miles worked out complete body on weight bench. Digging outside right now so head back out in the blizzard!

 Saturday is my day of rest from the gym. Sunday thru friday are my gym days. But these past few weeks I have lost my mojo. I am trying to get it back in the gym 6 days a week. Its been hard with having to get the kids ready for school and such. When they are back in full time I will be back at the gym FULL time.

 Thanks. I just have really been in a funk lately and I can't seem to shake it. Nobody around me knows what I am going thru since none of my neighbors have been thru this surgery.  I am trying, I really am.

Walked 2 miles.  Also, worked around the yard and house!  

A buddy and I from work started going to the gym after work everyday 2 weeks ago. We go Monday thru Friday, Work one or two muscle groups a day and hit cardio for 30-45 minutes.  Really helps having a workout partner - makes you feel more obligated to go.

Bill and I biked 6.5 miles on the Shelby Bottoms trail. I made it almost halfway up the spiral hill going back up to the walking bridge over the Cumberland.

I sound like the Little Engine That Could going up that thing. I think I can, I think I can, I think I can... One of these days I'm going to get to the "I knew I could" stage and you will hear the theme from Rocky blaring from the bridge!
