Post Op Doctor's Visit
Went for my 2 week post op with Dr. McDowell today. First saw Laura, the dietitian. They both said I was doing great and was right on target with the weight loss. I took the list I posted here yesterday and they didn't think any of it was out of the ordinary. I was so afraid I was all ready headed down the road to failing.
My next appointment is September 12 when I will begin eating solid foods.
I hope to see some of you guys Tuesday night at the Support Group.
When is the next lunch bunch and/or dinner club get together? Oh, I'm also planning on coming to the swimming party get together. Not that I have a suit that would fit. It's been a long time since I'm been to a swimming pool without it being an exercise class.

If all goes well, I will be at the support group meeting on Tuesday. that is only if Beth does not have to teach. If that happens, I will have to take RJ to football practice.
