FYI about the Walk from Obesity

As many of you already know, the Walk from Obesity is quickly approaching and September 20th will be here before we know it. However, I wanted to explain why I did not join the Lunch Bunch or Baptist team for the walk. I simply decided to have a team of my own for family and friends, considering the fact that, I am the Event Leader and did not want to leave the impression that I am favoring one team over another. Hope everyone understands and will sign up soon for the walk, because it all goes to help us fight obesity and we all know the problems that this silent killler can create!!!

Lets get Registered and get Ready to WALK!!!

We understand, so don't worry about that. I will register tomorrow, and I have a mass email ready to send out to family/friends asking them to donate. Like you said no matter what team, group, etc. we are doing this together and for the same reason. I just hope there will be someone to stay close to me to push/cheer me on no matter how hard I will be hurting. I have/want/ "GOT" to do this and I know that I can with EVERYONES help.
