Would You Eat This?

It's that time again...  to look over a product and see if its something "pouch worthy" just by its nutritional value.  Some might be thinking, "Why do you do this?"  Hopefully it will help each of us look at labels, and ask any questions that we may have...  reading labels is something that you will need to learn how to do and practice throughout the rest of your life.  After all, it could lead to an unfortunate episode of dumping...  and I would never want to experience THAT!? Whew.

I will give you a hint right off the bat.  This is a drink.  You can opt to half the serving if you want.  But here are the stats.  I will also give you the stats to its competition!  THEN you might change your mind as to whether you would give it consideration!

Serving size:  8 oz

Calories:  45  /  80 in the competition

Fat:  0  /   0 in the competition

Carbs:  3  / 12 in the competition

Sugars:  3  / 11 in the competition

Protein:  8  / 8 in the competition

Gosh either I am so predictable and ya'll know I use the hoods milk, or ya'll use it too and know the stats too well!  Yes that surely is what the product is today:  Hoods fat free milk!
