  Pumped gas at flying J in some small town that had lots of disgusting chewing tobacco chunks on the ground...  LOL  

  Thought about my friends, Bob L.,Gidget, Sherry, Marilyn, and the rest of em that keep the infamous IDGOMB thread alive and thriving...  

  Decided that all that thinking was just too much and needed a rest and decided to take a power nap before coming home....   LOL 

  I miss you guys...    Thank you so much for your kind words and keeping up with me while I was out on the road....  Your kindness and gentle nudges of rights and wrongs make me a better person and I just want to be better so I can be here for my IDGOMB group..I may not always do things the right way, but your gentle nudges and reminders make all the difference...  Thanks to each and everyone of you for not beating me over the head but for using words of love and encouragement...I love you all  and just remember "IDGOMB"        Next.........LOL

Im going to have to start this sometime...Iv been putting it off because Im not use to doing any kind of mindful exercise..but I know I have to get going before the surgery
I have seen everyones progress and need to get started too..
So I decided to do tiny steps
Tonight I dusted off my treadmill my hubby bought in 1998 and unfolded it
Thats as far as I got
Im not going to fold it back up untill I get rid of my 20lbs

Janice Great start sense you and hubby are going through WLS maybe you can challenge each other? Keep after it, it will become a good habit. Keep your goals small and manageable over doing it can become discouraging. Good Luck! C'ya Bob

Nothing quite so formal today, walked around a community picnic/carnival for about an hour, then helped my daughter clean out a bedroom (making the room suitable for our 3rd grandchild in December----YEAH!!!)

It's a good start, cleaning off the treadmill, small steps each and every day, tomorrow turn it on and walk 10minutes.

 Haven't felt too good today. Really tired, no energy. I did manage to take the dogs for their walk. They are now crashed out on the cool tile floor.

No 'formal" exercise today - but I did start on cleaning out the garage. Worked on it for about 5 hours or so. Man - it was HOT as HADES too! I was soaking wet from sweating, even though I drank about 1 1/2 gallons of lemonade and tea.  Gotta fini**** tomorrow.
