Another message board that I am on really advocates a liquid protein train for 3 days if you have lost your way.  I am in the process if doing an abbreviated version.  You are supposed to drink a protein shake every 2 hours while awake.  I have been doing that but then having a lite dinner at night.  I have had no problem with hunger and I couldn't even eat the usual amount of dinner!

I had gained back 2 pounds, so I thought I had to do something.  So, in 2 days of doing this, I have lost 5 pounds! I am going to fini**** today and then back to real life tomorrow. I just thought I would share.

Don't be discouraged if you do gain back some weight at first.  The purpose of the 3 day lpt is not to lose, but to get rid of carb addiction.  It helps you get back on track, and then you will continue to lose.  Just wanted to share.
