I walked a mile and a half this morning.

 Walked the mall this morning. I will be doing my weights later this afternoon, after the UPS guy delivers my package.  Then this evening I will be walking my 1.5 miles with my doggies.

Got in 13hours of work today at the hospital, using the stairs all day long for my trips around.  About 2 1/2 miles on my step counter for the day,

Walked about 45min worked light weights upper body. Unloaded trailer in the New Orleans Heat & Humidity.

Special note to my so called friend Sherry????? I stopped yesterday in Pleasant View H.G. Hills to get my favorite SF Popsicles on my way out of town because I can't find Blue Bell SF Popsicles any where in Clarksville and low and behold the whole case was empty I had them pull the security tape and some skinny broad AKA Sherry bought them all! They tried to tell me the freezer case quit working and they thawed! Yea Right! Darn You Sherry..........

  

Pleasant View has a grocery store?????  With video????? Wow, they are getting uptown!

I added 20 minutes on the stationary bike last evening.
